MICHAEL LA BOUNTY
Project Manager
Twenty-five years ago, Mr. La Bounty began his career in construction and land development while working for his family’s construction company in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He managed the construction process, from architectural design and drafting of spec homes to framing custom and tract homes in Arizona and Southern California.
In 2004, he relocated to Palm Springs, CA, to pursue a career in the civil engineering industry as a drafter/designer. His work included projects for large, well-established developers to small, in-fill private residences, and public improvement projects. He developed expertise in site planning, rough and precise grading plan development, road design, sanitary and storm sewer design, domestic and fire water systems, and water quality measures.
Upon arrival at Alliance in 2016, he quickly demonstrated his worth and diverse skillset through an impeccable work ethic and ability to adapt. He completes projects with integrity, diligence, and a confident competency. He continues to work with Alliance as a drafter, designer, team manager, project coordinator, and project manager on multiple projects. His projects encompass a 430-acre, single-family residential tract to a 150-acre, mixed-use development, and roadway.
