ERIN STANLEY
Vice President
Ms. Stanley began her career with Alliance in 2000 and is now a Vice President. She is responsible for managing the Valencia Office and managing the coordination of most projects.
She has 19 years of project management experience in all facets of Entitlement, Construction Processing and Expediting Services for Commercial, Industrial and Residential Projects; including, but not limited to, Tentative Maps, Conditional Use Permits, Zone Changes, Final Maps, Improvement Plan Permits, and Building Permits.
Ms. Stanley researches all due diligence information for new project proposals, pertaining to zoning, specific plans, area plans, and community standards districts. She assists with training staff and educating her project teams on various codes, requirements and processing information. She is diligent about quality control and efficiency.
Over the course of her career, she has been instrumental in building strong working relationships with her colleagues and the staff members of many government agencies in several jurisdictions which allows her to efficiently coordinate and expedite projects throughout Southern California. She holds her project coordination staff in high regard and ensures that they are well trained, well organized, and well versed on their projects and responsibilities to provide quality service to our clients, along with professional courtesy with all of the government employees they coordinate with on the projects.
